Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking and experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a popular supportive Secondary School based in Dalton-in-Furness. They are looking for a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be providing 1-1 support for a pupil in Yr 11. The role is to start as soon as possible and is long term. The Secondary school supports children from 11 - 16 year old's, this role is to support 1-1 basis in the main classroom with a wide range of additional needs including, ASD (Autism) and ADHD. You will need previous experience dealing with understanding ADHD and de-escalation. They are looking for a 1-1 Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Secondary Schools and who has supported children with additional learning needs.
