What our client offers: * Design 3D parts and assemblies in SolidWorks. * Create manufacturing drawing packs, including BOMs, laser profiles, and works orders. * Conduct Design Risk Assessments for all designs. * Create 3D block layouts and amend 2D drawings using AutoCAD. * Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for design reviews and approvals. * Ensure all designs adhere to high-quality standards and are aligned with product specifications. What we are looking for: * Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D is essential. * Previous experience in a Design Engineer role, preferably within a fabrication environment. * Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to design challenges. * Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
