Senior HR Advisor (6 Month FTC) Coventry£34,000 - £42,000 We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to support recruitment and HR activities for a great company based in Coventry. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, project management, and providing HR advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employeerelations, excellent judgment in HR matters, and the ability to influence at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Support line manager in managing the overall talent acquisition progress to meet the needs of the new business, working in conjunction with the internal Talent and resourcing teams Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand workforce planning and assist in creating detailed job descriptions, benchmarking and hiring plans. Assist in integrating HR processes providing HR advice ensuring compliance with employment laws. Support HR Project Manager in managing the development of the HR framework for new business. Provide expert HR advice on policies, procedures, and best practices grounded in the established foundation. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and HR.The successful candidate willhave: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience Previous experience dealing with complex employee relations and organisational design. A proactive and professional approach. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
