Fit-Out Project Manager - Permanent - UK - 45,000 - 55,000 ARM is working with a specialist joinery and interior fit-out company in the maritime industry, they are currently recruiting for an experienced project manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience leading project delivery within the interior fit-out industry and a third level construction related qualification. Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills along with strong contract knowledge and commercial acumen. Experience of delivering marine fit-out projects is desirable, but not essential. Main duties will include: Manage the successful delivery of projects. Undertake responsibility for all safety, health, environment and quality matters ensuring adherence to statutory and legal requirements and Company procedures. Develop the project plan and budget, monitor progress and ensure deliverables are achieved. Ensure that project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed. Manage client relationships. Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
