Mess Manager- CTCRM Lympstone, Exmouth£32,424 per annum 40 hours per week Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on business needs) Shift Pattern 08:00-16:30 28 days holiday (extra 3 days after 2 years of service) The Mess Manager will oversee the day to day services and hospitality for any functions. You will manage a teamensuring that stock and kitchen needs are met whilst ensuring the excellent delivery of the catering and maintaining high standards throughout the accommodation.
