Our client is a first-generation construction company with operations across Ireland, UK and Northern Europe. We specialise in Critical Environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing and Critical Logistics.
Currently seeking an experienced and talented MEP Project Manager specialising in Building Experience to join our high performing project team in the London Docklands.

Purpose of Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical, electrical and process projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Role Responsibilities· Plan, coordinate, and manage MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards.
· Develop project schedules, review budgets and target efficiencies and savings, and ensure resource plans are robust and tested.
· Lead and manage MEP contractors, including interaction with suppliers.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure technical compliance to specifications and drawings.
· Chair MEP coordination meetings and drive progress through robust monitoring of trade partners.
· Lead to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the process and project lifecycle.
· Prepare and present written project updates to the team and client stakeholders.
· Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, reviewed for anomalies and/or opportunities.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and challenges are met and communicated for best outcome.
· Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
The Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent and considered communication with appropriate interpersonal skills.
·Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· PMP or other relevant project management certification an advantage
