About You: * Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably at the master’s level. * Membership in CIBSE or an equivalent professional body. * Actively working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status. * Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto convey your passion for building services engineering to clients, colleagues, and the broader team. * Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of mechanical building services design, with a strong interest in passive design techniques, sustainable solutions, and renewable energy technologies. * Ability to provide informed and insightful commentary on sustainable building practices. * Proficient in using front-end design tools, CAD, and IT, with experience working in a Revit environment and a desire to further develop these skills. * A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering projects across various scales and sectors. * Results-oriented, with a positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a high level of integrity, professional ethics, and responsibility.
