Around each village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine different restaurants, cafés, andbars, as well as a production kitchen. There’s also a further five concessionary units including well-known brands such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge. Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, serving food and drinks, handling payments and maintaining a clean working environment. Some roles may require you to be over the age of 18, these will be discussed at interview. Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longford Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. ABOUT YOU Any experience of working in a customer-facing role is ideal but not essential as we will provide all the training you need, and you will be surrounded by a supportive team. If you can bring the following qualities and skills, then we’d love to hear from you: Good communication skills - with a patient and friendly nature Passion to provide great customer service Enjoy working as part of a team HOURS OF WORK Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
