The Roles We have opportunities for experienced planners at both consultant and senior consultant levels. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, residential, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure. What You'll Be Doing Managing a variety of planning projects, from initial appraisals to planning applications and appeals. Preparing detailed planning reports and development plan submissions. Engaging with stakeholders, clients, and planning authorities to navigate the planning process. Conducting research and staying up to date with planning policies and regulations. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team while maintaining a proactive and independent approach to project delivery.What We're Looking For A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (IPI or RTPI accredited). A minimum of 2-3 years' professional experience in Ireland for consultant-level applicants. At least 5 years' professional experience in Ireland for senior-level applicants. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
