Senior Site Engineer (Residential) South Dublin€70-80k + Transport/Allowance + Package Our client is an expanding residential developer who are due to commence works on a 20+ Storey residential tower in South Dublin. They are now in the market for Site Engineer&Senior Engineer with groundworks&RC/Concrete frame experience. Responsibilities• Review design drawings and raise RFI’s as required • Attend Design Team Meetings, review of design documents, close out any design issues. • Communicate content of approved technical submittals to trade and finishing team. • Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met. • Ensure works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents and all applicable standards. • Ensure Quality assurance policies are followed and take the lead on technical submittals/ benchmarks / inspection management. • Ensuring BCAR compliance. • Coordination of site drawings, ensuring site records and quality assurance documentation are updated and maintained. • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to deliver the desired outputs—on time and on budget, with high attention toquality and detail. • Liaise with third-party stakeholders including Irish Water, ESB and local authorities. • Chairing site and construction team meetings.
