About the Role: The successful candidate will work closely with experienced planners on a variety of projects, assisting with the preparation and management of planning applications, environmental impact assessments, and strategic planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals. Monitor planning applications and policy developments.Engage with planning authorities, stakeholders, and clients. Support the preparation of masterplans and strategic development plans. Keep up to date with planning legislation, policy changes, and industry trends. Requirements: A degree in Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.A good understanding of the Irish planning system, including An Bord Pleanála processes. Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
