You will be managing c.40 public sector accounts and be tasked with managing the relationship, client road mapping, training, support, customer retention as well as finding cross-sell opportunities for the wider sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator with customer/client success experience within public sector having worked for another SAAS/software company. It is advantageous if you have a good grounding in project management or implementation.
