What You'll Do: As Country Manager for UK&Ireland, you'll be the driving force behind the client's expansion in the UK&Ireland capitalising on your extensive network and expertise in aviation logistics to spearhead dynamic sales growth both as an individual contributor and as a player coach. You will be both an excellent strategic account manager and new business hunter. Your responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute growth strategies that align with global objectives. Customer Relationships: Build and strengthen direct relationships with key aerospace clients such as airlines and airports. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
