*Driving Licence Required* Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Essar site in Ellesmere Port. This position is a 10 week contract. Location: ESSAR, Stanlow Refinery, Ellesmere Port, CH65 4HB Pay/Salary:£ 12.74/hour, 26,500/annum, Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 5pm, 40 hours/week, 1 hour lunch, overtime available at 1.5x rate outside standard hours Type of Employment: 10 weeks temporary only (possibility to be extended for longer but no guarantee at this stage) Main duties&responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries * Expediting orders with suppliers using the ERIKS EOS System&updating the customer Managing the goods inward deliveries Managing deliveries to the customer on-site Supporting with placing orders on the ERIKS EOS and SAP Manual handling of goods on-site from stores area to various locations on-site, small items up to items carried by sack-truck with H&S guidelines *Customer Query Process / Dealing with customer enquiry: Facilitating the enquiry- quoting and going to internal PBU's or suppliers Raising an order to cover Chasing the order - communicating with suppliers Material handling on delivery / goods receipt Essential skills / experience / qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Ability to adapt under pressure, this is an EXTREMLEY fast paced site and the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to changes in their working day Active full UK driving licence is essential Able to work well in a team environment Customer-focused approached as dealing with key stakeholders on-site Good organisational and timekeeping abilities Competent level of IT Literacy to use MS Excel data entry and email correspondence to put together standard reports for customer Able to meet physical demands of manual handling Stores/Warehouse experience not requiredAbout our client: Our client is a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider, making remarkable a reality every single day.
