Job Description
MYM Recruitment are continuing to work with our Raphoe client in their search for an Administrator. This is a full-time role working in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be an important member of their team situated at their reception desk with responsibility for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Provide a high level of support and administration using Microsoft Office packages.
Liaise with clients and other members of staff.
Reception duties to include answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.
General office duties.
Filing and organising of documents.
Photocopying and scanning for Managers and Directors.
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will be a professional front-office person with at least three years’ experience in an administrative role.
Previous experience in accountancy or related practices would be an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, although not essential.
Ability to work independently, prioritise, and work within set deadlines.
