Interviewer: Good afternoon, thank you for coming in today. Can you please start by telling me a little bit about yourself and your experience in sales?

Scenario Questions
1. Scenario: A customer walks into the store and expresses interest in a product that is out of stock. How would you handle this situation?

Candidate Answer: I would focus on the value of the product and its benefits. I would explain to the customer how the product can meet their needs and how it can be a worthwhile investment. I could also offer any promotions or discounts available to help bring the price down.
3. Scenario: A customer is unhappy with the service they have received. How would you handle the complaint?
