A Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. They are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs within an organization to minimize organizational risk.

In my most recent role, I managed a team of 5 compliance associates and oversaw efforts to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
