We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). 6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM   Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization  Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components   Reporting & Extracts  Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution  Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner  Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies  Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.  Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.  Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)  About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
