We are currently seeking a HCM Techno Functional consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).   Extensive HCM Techno-Functional experience - About 7-8 years. Extensive experience in any HCM Cloud applications. At least 3 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management). Must have at least 5 years of Support project experience in Oracle Cloud HCM related Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management. Should have support experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, ADP etc Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology. Excellent Communication Skills and proficient functionally and technically.
