We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Roles and Responsibilities: Working with multiple and various technical SMEs to gather requirements and translate to either business or technical specifications. Work closely with practice presales solution architect for AI and Automation solution and pricing. Carry out discovery and ensure Nucleus products deployment pre requisites are in place to be handed over to engineering team for deployment As technical lead drive Nucleus automation deployment till go live closely working with project manager, engineering and account team. Educate and steer the development team towards strategic architectural and engineering patterns based on requirements. Handle and address various types of escalations for both business and technical. Identify and remove impediments, prevents distractions, reduce/prevent interruptions Conduct demos of the solutions to various teams and answer queries. Collaborating with technical engineering, delivery, and product teams to drive quality and speed to automation implementations Taking ownership of critical road blockers, coordinating with Delivery Executives, SMEs, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders and program leaders Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution Develop and manage plans to address project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats Create and conduct presentations, training decks and documentation. Manage technical documentation in quality management system Constant process improvement. Working knowledge of cloud environments (private & public) - (VMware/Azure/AWS). Experience in E2E cloud provisioning processes and infrastructure wise operations. Experience in business process automation tools/low-code development platforms. Good understanding on various infrastructure domain components and not limited to: Active Directory / Monitoring / Backup / Security / Patch Management / Networking. Knowledge of and experience with cloud-native design principles. Leadership skills and the ability to influence others. Ability to coordinate efforts in a multi-geographic and diverse team environment. Desire to learn, teach, document and practice new skills. Good understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, OpenVPN etc.). Self-starter, quick learner; capable of setting priorities individually and for a large team, ability in multi-tasking. Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) a plus Must have a thorough understanding of client and server-related services processes and technologies. Must be able to manage related project financials. In-depth ability to assess, manage, and remediate project risks. Experience managing multiple workstream, Agile/Scrum Project Management & professional services Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Technical infrastructure certifications are a plus. Overall IT infrastructure knowledge, preferable, not limited to: WINTEL Infra (AD, DNS, DHCP, OS,) Network infra (Basic networking understanding, vlans, ranges, connections) Cloud, Private (VMware infra knowledge - VCP) Cloud, Public (Azure and AWS basic knowledge is preferable, not required from start) Automation tools (Puppet, Ansible, Scripting – PowerShell, Bash) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management PMP / ITIL/ Cloud certification are a plus Bachelor's Degree plus 12+ years relevant experience.
