Data Manipulation: Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R enables business analysts to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently, extracting valuable insights to support decision-making. Statistical Analysis: These languages empower business analysts to perform advanced statistical analysis, helping to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, which are critical for informed decision-making. Automation of Processes: Programming skills allow business analysts to automate repetitive tasks and processes, saving time and increasing overall efficiency in data analysis and reporting. Enhanced Problem Solving: Skills in programming languages equips business analysts with the ability to develop custom solutions for complex analytical challenges, contributing to more effective problem-solving within the organization. The service provider shall be able to manage and track project deliverables using Agile Working Model (AWM). The service provider shall be able to provide Weekly, monthly updates to Management and stakeholders about overall project progress and impediments. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system. Allocating right processes and resources to bolster team efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Scrum, Retrospective etc. Manage Release cycle of projects and update YPA as per AWM. Strong Business Analytical skills to understand and document requirements. Technical skills are important for business analysts to be able to act as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Core technical skills a business analyst should have include: Process Modeling and Workflow Analysis, Office Applications, Data Analysis, Software Testing Principles, and basic database management More advanced technical skills for a business analyst involes: Advanaced data visualizations and business intelligence, programming skills, and emerging tech such as machine learning and big data Manage JIRA Board and ensure project documentation in Confluence. Conduct Supplier Performance Review. Manage and close Cloud vulnerabilities reported by coordinating with Cloud team. Co-ordination with Dealer and manage escalations.
