Boston Scientific is looking for dynamic and experienced, senior level SAP application developer to design, develop, enhance, maintain, test, document, and support SAP EWM applications for Magellan project (S4 HANA Business Transformation) within Enterprise Capability Center. The candidate must have knowledge/experience in EWM technical objects and RF framework developments. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Overall 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including working knowledge of Adobe forms, enhancement framework, workflow Idocs, Screen painter, Fiori and maintenance framework SNOTE. Should have 2-3 years of experience in ABAP on HANA. Should have knowledge/experience in EWM technical objects including RF framework developments and other EWM areas (Cartonization will be added advantage) Should have 1-2 years of experience in Fiori Apps development/Fiori Launchpad. Should have worked on Eclipse (HANA Studio). Should have hand-on experience in creation of ABAP CDS views and HANA modelling views (Calculation view) Familiar with ABAP on HANA, to develop extension on top of S4 HANA core system. Should have worked extensively on Interfaces. Understanding and knowledge of various processes in SAP Logistics. Familiar with SAP programs/transaction to create sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, deliveries and billing documents  Experience working on interface projects where data was transferred into or out of SAP using BAPIs, SAP Gateway/OData services, API’s, IDOCs. Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues in SAP programs using a sound and logical approach to deliver a valid solution Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise (geographical and functional) to accomplish desired outcomes Creates and maintains system documentation according to the IS methodology (proposals, designs, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary) Accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction. Researches and applies new technologies, development techniques and best practices by leveraging experience, industry contacts, seminars, and books. Leverages software version control tools and provides software configuration management support Works closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution Adheres to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identifies dependencies and resource requirements Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items Assists in implementing policies and procedures to facilitate efficient operations Peer review other developers code for logic, best practices, and coding standards Mentor and coach more junior resources Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
