Manage the implementation of reward strategy locally following the Group Guidelines and ensuring the compliance with Countries. Is responsible for the efficient execution of payroll and HR administration services in the assigned Region / Country in compliance with legal requirements and Group policies. Main Responsibilities: REWARD AND BENEFIT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPATRIATE MANAGEMENT HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT LEGAL SUPPORT AND POLICIES PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT OUTSOURCING SERVICES SAP HR DATA MANAGEMENT Who we are looking for: Through knowledge of Compensation and Benefits practices including job evaluation study is required. Should be well versed with the labour laws pertaining to the Rewards. Should have managed the Long Term Trade negotiation with Unions from C&B perspective.
