**DESCRIPTION** Assists a project manager in applying process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Supports the management of small portions of well-defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager. Key Responsibilities: + **Support Resource** : Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments. + **Issue Tracking** : Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues. + **Status Monitoring** : Help monitor and communicate project status to the project team. + **Budget and Research Support** : Assist with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provide administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines. + **Risk Management** : Assist with managing project risk; complete administrative work in the use of quality tools to identify areas of risk. + **Documentation** : Support documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams. Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicate with the Project Manager on the status of specific projects and assignments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** + **Education** : High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
