Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education, Licenses, Certifications** College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or arelated subject required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience** + Significant Oracle EBS implementation experience. + Oracle Supply Chain experience in at least 2 or more modules: INV, OM, WIP, BOM, or Pricing. + 3+ years of people management experience within an IT team. + Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system. + Good knowledge of Application Architecture methodologies. + Significant business knowledge with experience managing multiple solutions and knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred. + Experience working with Technology based solutions and products is required.
