**DESCRIPTION**
The Marketing Communications Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to enhance Cummins' brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drive communications planning and execution for Engine and Components Business Units in Cummins India region.
+ Provide brand management and marketing communications support for all customer engagements, new product launches, and external events.
+ Partner with BU Leaders on leadership and internal communication initiatives, including town halls, DE&I initiatives, key observance days, and plant milestones.
+ Manage the BU’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and communication strategies.
+ Create and oversee integrated marketing plans, ensuring adherence throughout the year.
+ Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans and assets, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
+ Monitor and track marketing communications projects and events, presenting findings to stakeholders.
+ Create and coordinate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including web, social media, email marketing, and marketing collateral.+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
+ Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to create memorable experiences and deepen connections to the Cummins brand.
+ Analyze and optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives based on key performance metrics.
+ Manage and support marketing budgets and financials.
+ Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies to enhance brand outreach and engagement.
+ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics to track and improve performance.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
