About the Role: At Ferrero, we are focused on building & delivering best in class IT Solutions to our business colleagues that ultimately results into better customer experience. We are seeking experienced IT Professional who can leverage emerging Technologies, implement best practices & optimize Sales processes to support Ferrero Sales Growth across the region. Key responsibilities include following – Designing, developing, and maintaining Sales applications & technical architecture components that meets business requirement  Ensure IT applications are aligned with Ferrero’s Global Target Architecture  Support and/or executes IT projects in close collaboration with Application Architects, PMs, Platform leaders and external suppliers Understand business drivers & Manage assigned streams in line with overall program(s) timing and milestones.  Oversee Testing & Validations and fix any defects or performance problems discovered Manage the applications lifecycle from implementation up to retirement.  Provide technical expertise and guidance to external resources on assigned capabilities. Partner with Support team to ensure applications/technical/infrastructure components are fully functional. Provide guidance for the critical (high priority) incidents resolution, operating as 3rd level support when needed. Works with Service Lead and Service Management to support achievement of Service level targets.   Main Responsibilities: FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL DESIGN Perform the application design, define and validate functional and technical specifications and ensure they comply with the enterprise IT architecture and business needs. Support the activation of services by analyzing functional/non-functional requirements, developing technical architecture options and recommendations. Collaborate with IT partners and third parties to design, build and deploy required technologies, skills and procedures.  Supervises impact analysis of system upgrades with regards to technical aspects and data, and facilitates smooth transition from existing version to the new version. Supervise data migration and ensures data consistency. Manage the decommissioning of redundant applications, in aligned with the application roadmap. Supports IT operations in the set-up of required infrastructures (server, storage, security, operation tools, service management tools, communication) Works with Service Lead and Service Management to support achievement of Service level targets Prepares and implements Deployment/Configuration Designs Maintains up-to-date inventory, asset and configuration information Performs the quality assurance on software developments and configurations, and ensure quality of delivery.   Lead testing efforts for large and complex applications/technical architecture components Create test plans and schedules Create and implement test cases on project requirements Report defects and escalate issues Interact with team throughout development process Troubleshoot new builds and postproduction issues Follow and analyze issues gathered in bug tracking system Edit and support solution documentation Review reports for accuracy and determine discrepancies   Support and/or executes IT projects in close collaboration with Application Architects, PMs, Platform leaders and external suppliers. Supports the Handover process towards the Run organization and Global IT Services.   Is responsible for level 3 support. Ensures any issues related to applications, interfaces or infrastructure performance and availability is solved as per the agreed Service Level Agreements Manages incidents and problems (level 3 support) Who we are looking for: EDUCATION  Relevant Bachelor’s Degree mandatory – Information systems, Computer Science, Engineering  Master’s degree desirable – Management, Finance, Accountancy or any relevant  Overall 8+ years of experience  Minimum 5 years involved in DMS, SFA & Sales Automation initiatives Should have managed Sales Projects / Initiatives for past 2 years Good understanding of Sales Applications & new technology trends in FMCG industry  Good Business Partnership skills & Knowledge of Sales Practices, Processes, KPIs & Route to Market in India  Knowledge of DMS and SFA processes is required Newspage DMS and SFA knowledge  will be an added advantage (mandatory) SAP ERP (ECC / S4HANA) knowledge, in particular SD and MM, will be an added advantage Building & Supporting Web portals & Mobile applications Familiar with Cloud applications management Ability to manage large data volumes & leveraging business Intelligence capabilities Job Referral Code: B How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
