As an Technology Deployment Manager-Industrial, you would provide technical support and manage product development projects for assigned customer and OEM accounts in the Industrial lubricant area. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple technical projects, have strong interpersonal and communications skills, and work well in teams. What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):   •    Understand customer/ OEM need and develop comprehensive project plans includes scope, goals, timelines, and resources required. •    Collaborating with internal teams and define project objective ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuously communicate project progress, risk and issues to team members and Senior management. •    Create and manage project budget, tracking expenses with alignment of global practices. •    Optimize product platform and complete necessary testing to develop commercialized products for OEM’s and oil company customers. •    Provide general technical support for assigned customers and OEMs and other internal colleagues. •    Estimate and develop long-term future project plans according to the market need in the segment. (Scope, objectives, milestones, resources and economics); •    Hands on experience on product/formulation development for Metalworking Fluids & Greases. •    Ready to work in the lab whenever required for the development activities. •    Complete timely customer reports, data presentations. •    Accurately collate, interpret, and present data. •    Develop solutions based on facts, data, and logical assumptions. •    Work with internal and external test laboratories to ensure sufficient resource allocation for business demands.   Skills That Make a Difference: •    Bachelors degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field •    Should have 5-8 years overall work experience, with atleast 3 years in laboratory development.  •    Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint & Excel  •    Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for customer visit, technical conference, support field trial activity, etc.   Ready for your next career step?
