Perform laboratory tests and experiments, following standard procedures and protocols Collect and analyze samples, recording and interpreting data Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements): Required Expertise / Knowledge / Skills Bachelors / Masters degree in Chemistry from recognized University (in house candidate) Masters Degree in Chemistry from recognized University ( New external hires)   Proven experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a similar role Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines 5- 10 years of industry experience   Ready for your next career step?
