As a Technical Marketing Manager- Medical TPU,  you would provide our customers in IMEA region with technical marketing and would support iur customer in adopting Lubrizol TPU for medical devices applications. You will also be responsible for managing pipeline for technical projects for business growth in existing and new applications areas, supporting sales team and local manufacturing partner. In addition, you would be supporting Industrial TPU business for technical needs.  What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):   •    Develop a understanding of thermoplastic polyurethanes, their processing methods, and their application in medical devices for tube and sheet extrusion, molding and other processes •    Engage with customers in the region to understand key customer needs and technical challenges.  •    Lead customer discussions for technical improvements, support Lubrizol’s polymer processing at customers’ end •    Engage with technical/R&D team to support new product development projects in collaboration with sales •    Lead customer driven technical projects including setting up work plan, executing activities, coordinating with global technology/application lab teams as required, actively participating in customer meetings and updates •    Participate in customer trial for extrusion and molding and provide processing support •    Provide technical solution to Lubrizol’s extrusion partner for better and efficient processing of polymers •    Represent Lubrizol in various technical forums to promote Lubrizol’s polymers and position Lubrizol as technology leader in the space Skills That Make a Difference: •    Bachelors in Polymer Engineering •    Minimum 10 years’ experience as technical marketing/ service for TPU extrusion, Moulding and sheeting •    Experience in high precision TPU extrusion for tubes, sheets •    Customer facing experience in managing technical projects •    Presentation skill, communication, critical thinking •    Problem solving, analytical skills   Ready for your next career step?
