What role you will play in our team The MA&TO Supervisor will lead a team that provides end-to-end support for numerous cloud-based applications while also designing, building and sustaining cloud-based tools for Financial Services Functions.  This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly growing organization, and further career development for candidates interested in accounting and technology, as well as in other Finance and IT functions. What you will do Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of advisors specializing in modern accounting and technology. Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of advanced accounting technologies and systems. Collaborate with Process contacts to ensure cohesive financial operations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within global processes. Stay abreast of emerging accounting technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization’s capabilities. Monitor and report on the performance of accounting technologies and processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Advise management on risks associated with the implementation and use of accounting technologies. About You Skills and Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; possibly with additional, relevant certification Experience: 5 years of experience in accounting and technology integration Understanding of the Oil & Gas industry is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in SAP and other technology solutions, including demonstrated experience with BlackLine and possibly SAP Group Reporting or Workiva Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, in a large multi-national company Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Proficiency in English Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
