Perform tech transfer activities as required.  The person will work with the Lubrizol LifeSciences India technical and commercial team and collaborate with global LLS technical organization. Responsibilities / Accountabilities:   Execute Pharma, Nutra, Beauty and Home application and technical service projects under supervision of senior scientist in the respective division Plan and execute projects, design and conduct experiments, analyze results, maintain accurate records of experiments, results and conclusions Provide projects updates through issuance of technical reports and presentations for internal and external use Assist in the technology transfer to customer Work seamlessly as a member of and LLS global technical organization and local LLS cross-functional team. Conduct work within Lubrizol laboratories, in compliance with all safety policies and procedures Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements): Education / Certification: Advanced degree (M. Pharm. / M Sc. / Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy /Organic Chemistry /cosmetic Science or equivalent from reputed university Experience and Skills:   1-2 years of relevant pharmaceutical formulation development and cosmetic formulation development – mainly the skin care formulations experience.
