You will play a pivotal role in setting up and expanding the Institutional Business by working closely & setting up distributors to cultivate clientele and developing new channels. Your efforts will focus on advancing specialized markets such as Pharma, Corporate Gifting, and HoReCa, while driving actionable plans to achieve business objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams for comprehensive delivery. Role & Responsibilities: Closely working and managing Institutional Distributors to develop clientele in Pharma/Corporate Gifting/Cross Promotion. Simultaneously evaluate and appoint new distributors wherever required.  Identify and develop new channels (GeM Portal, Railways, Public Distribution System etc.) within Institutional business. Developing HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) and identifying new products to scale this channel.   Delivering Monthly, Quarterly and Annual business objectives of value and new product/customer/channel activation within scope of Institutional Business.  Collaborate with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics and Marketing) to ensure delivery. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum Experience of 7-10 years with atleast 5 years in Institutional Sales/HoReCa with a demonstrated record of building and delivering business growth in Institutions.   Experience of scaling and selling FMCG Non-Food in Institutional channel & Corporate/Pharma Gifting.
