About the Role: In this role you will, help the company ensure its long-term competitive profit for the business by reducing the negative environmental impacts, protecting communities, restoring, and conserving surrounding ecosystems. Along with coordinating & supporting on day-to-day basis with the LISEE Manager the Industrial Sustainability, Environment and Energy Manager for the same. Main Responsibilities: Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle. Management of day-to-day operations of Waste Management (Collection to Disposal) and supervising the teams for its scrap yard smooth operations. Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department Implement, maintain and improve Environment Master Plan for factory Undertaking and completion of projects related to Waste Management. Vendor Management: Liable for agreements, AMC, managing, accomodate the invoicing of the LIISEE functions. Training of employees on Waste Management Making and entry of monthly/daily reports (Ex: Sure 2.0, SIM-3, etc.) and closure of related SAP system activities (Stock removal management, Servicing PR, Service entries) Who we are looking for: Specific Knowledge: Technical knowledge of Environmental Engineering Environmental Compliances   Having good flexibility, able to manage people along with good decision making   Educational Background that we're looking for: Bachelors or Masters in Environmental Engineering Job Referral code - C How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
