Job Description
**DESCRIPTION**
Key Responsibilities
**Reporting**
+ Consolidate and distribute repetitive sales reports.
+ Create ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
+ Revise templates, consolidate data from others, and provide forecasting input under limited supervision.
**System Administration**
+ Run complicated tasks and document ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal) under limited supervision.
+ Periodically evaluate user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness and identify improvements.
**Data Analyses (External&Internal)**
+ Analyze external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and forward them to the sales team.
+ Review findings from research on assigned opportunities and share with relevant teams.
+ Compile and qualify competitive data, communicating to the sales force as relevant.
+ Conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for ad-hoc and repetitive tasks.
**Fleet Management**
+ Manage the acquisition of new fleets.
+ Support Retail+CCC business through fleets.
+ Conduct activities at fleets to enhance business operations.

**Qualifications**
**Education, Licenses, Certifications**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

+ Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
