About the Role: For our Ferrero Manufacturing Plant in India, we are currently looking for a Industrial Third-Party Operations (3PO) Manager.   The Industrial 3PO Manager to guarantee consistent control and operational excellence of the Copackers network in India, through interaction with all stakeholders involved; coordination between Ferrero departments, Copackers, technical suppliers for any activity related to third party manufacturing; full responsibility of the budget definition for Copackers India, including all production devoted to other Business Units served by Copackers. Also lead the Scouting, Feasibility, and Industrialization phase for All 3PO Co-Packing and Co-Manufacturing Projects in India. Main Responsibilities: •    Supervises Copackers production to ensure continuous monitoring of volumes, costs, performance •    Consistent control of production factors to pursue the optimization of the whole process and to assess areas of possible improvement •    Guarantee preparation and application of production cycles appropriate to each type of product/line, through coordination of local Ferrero Repacking Operations Managers •    Coordinate the correct management of the resources to respect budget of the Area, in line with guidelines of Central 3PO and with company goals •    Excellence of operation: orientate local Copacker management and team to the continuous improvement of process •    Cooperates & ensure in definition of long & Short term scheduling for all India Copackers, performing checks on feasibility and studies for the optimization of the production factors •     Guides local and central Planning about feasibility of expected productions, giving consistent feedback about changes to be done with the goal of optimizing the whole Copacker network •    Supports Food Safety Quality in providing and implementing all quality control procedures required by Ferrero Group •    Supervision of all Copackers network in India for the correct implementation of general and specific measures to improve quality •    Ensures that Copackers are properly planning and executing both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, to guarantee the optimal use of production machinery and systems. •    Promote exchange of expertise between Copackers with the goal of improving their own local maintenance teams •    Provides a periodical possible Ferrero investment plan with objective of improving efficiency and/or reduce costs at Copackers to the Plant Manager and ensures the realization of such projects •    Ensures the continuous improvement of Copackers processes through the analysis, the planning, and the implementation of improvement initiatives. •    Suggests and coordinates all investments by Copackers in production machinery, controlling consistency with economic parameters and with Ferrero strategies. •    In agreement with Copackers, establish yearly efficiency targets and challenge actual organizations to meet the objectives. •    Assess Copackers performance and actively support for evaluation of operations, with the scope of finding possible areas of optimization and cost reduction. •    Guide Copackers to guarantee a working environment that is respectful of individual safety and environmental requirements. •    Cooperates with Plant Manager and Controlling team in elaborating the budget for India Copackers. Leads negotiations with Copackers •     Analysis of monthly variances with local and central 3PO controllers, provide explanation of points related to Copackers production •    For new products, integrates work of different Ferrero departments into a unique cost formulation consistent with budget parameters to agree with Copackers. •    Leads the scouting, feasibility, and industrialization phases for New Third Parties Manufacturers in India.  •    Represents Ferrero in day-by-day relation with India Copackers and manages the consequences that Ferrero decision might have such as changes in volumes, quality issues, any other problem arising. •    Assure with the support of 3PO Central Functions the proper respect and compliance of contracts, specifications and technical data signed by the suppliers.  •    Responsible of correct implementation and use of Ferrero system (SAP) and related subsystem at Copackers. Who we are looking for: With a Degree in Engineering or in a related Production/Operations field, and 8-15 years of experience in Operations management, you will draw upon your expertise to navigate this role effectively. Your background in Industrial roles, such as Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, or Operational Development, or in Procurement, will serve as an asset, helping you to achieve your objectives more efficiently.    Thanks to your well-developed influencing skills, you excel in communication and interpersonal interactions across all levels. Your fluency in English allows you to convey ideas clearly and build strong relationships. You thrive in high-pressure environments, maintaining a flexible and effective approach. Your dedication, self-motivation, and collaborative mindset enable you to tackle challenges head-on, while your ability to synthesize complex systems ensures that you can manage multiple components seamlessly.    Your experience in Project Management will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. You possess a strong understanding of key Operations cost drivers and coordination processes.
