**DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary:** Supports Engineers in carrying out production-related and inspection jobs; assists in monitor materials quality in processing plants and making the required adjustments; ensures maintenance of documentation and records. Works under minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Conducts simple tests (for example on electrical function, reliability, packaging quality). Records results and prepare simple technical reports. Provides product and component testing using a range of measurement equipment. Provides advanced programming, training, and operation of measurement and test equipment. Assists customers in understanding/interpreting product specifications and application of measurement data. Participates in measurement uncertainty studies for measurements associated with measurement or calibration results. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. **QUALIFICATIONS** Key Role Responsibilities- + Handling of BIS Issues/Improvements/Queries reported on CPG Gensets and products reported from various Export customers. + Lead analysis of issues with internal Plant team / Supplier to initiate root cause analysis, S3and S6 actions on reported issue + Coordinate with export customers to understand the issue, share acknowledgement, update actions on various customer complaints, improvements and other queries + Drive Regular customer connect meetings for Critical Customers + Drive Weekly BIS meetings andGemba at plant with CFT, track and close all issues. + Keep live tracking update for all issues and status. Share update on actions with respective customers + Drive Failed part reimport and FOC shipments as and when required. Maintain live tracker for the same + Lead Supplier and Engineering issues for coordination and closure + Drive Proactive process and product audits on weekly basis + Corrective action closure through EQMS / CQMS.
