We are currently seeking a SAP Q2B Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN). In these roles, you will be responsible for: Well versed with SD standard and localized scenarios Well versed with SAP SD configuration and processes related but not limited to Order to Cash lifecycle, Pricing, Billing and Revenue Recognition (RAR)  Working experience on India/Mexico localization, tax procedures concepts and e-document; Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging); Experience developing/deployment as SD resource on projects and strong analytical and problem solving skills; Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA (1 full implementation desired) Required Skills for this role include: SAP SD Specialist – 4-5 years’ experience Ability to work on production support tickets, Change requests and Enhancements, the Q2B offshore specialist will act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolving operational problems. Working in partnership with other Q2B team members --  Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;  Document functional designs, test cases and results.  Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements  Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects  Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.  Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required  Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.  Work self-directed and independently; act as subject matter mentor to more junior members NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
