Job title: Program Manager SAP Data Migration Start date: Immediately We are looking to recruit a Program Manager - SAP Data Migration to join our Data Migration Consulting practice and lead a large-scale, global SAP migration project. The individual should have experience working as a Project/Program Manager with similar SAP transformation projects and will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a program. Our customer is currently engaged in a comprehensive global transformation program that entails the replacement of their legacy ERP portfolio with SAP S/4 HANA. This is a multi-year program and NTT DATA is responsible for the Data Migration Workstream. The SAP Data Migration Program Manager reports to the Global Data Migration Program Lead and the program Steering Committee, and is accountable for Data Migration efforts within a defined segment of Customer businesses. Represents NTT DATA with key Customer stakeholders, including the Customer Data Migration Leadership and the program Steering Committee. Manages the Customer relationship with IT and business stakeholders at a Director and senior management level. Is responsible for the planning and execution of multiple and concurrent migration “waves” (projects) in the EMEA and APAC regions. Is accountable, internally to NTT DATA and externally to the Customer, for the execution of the assigned Data Migration waves / projects. Develops and maintains an overall migration project plan and data migration strategy, in collaboration with the Customer Program Sponsor. Maintains and communicates a detailed project plan to appropriate stakeholders. Coordinates and leads the NTT DATA Migration Wave Leads (project managers) responsible for each migration wave or project. Reviews, coordinates, plans data migration activities (requirements) within the provided project timeframe. Works in collaboration with NTT DATA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the project is adequately staffed to support the migration plan. With the support of the Program Management Office (PMO), ensures Services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard. Provides regular status reports to the data migration leadership team, including Customer business stakeholders as and when needed. Liaises with the Program Steering Committee / senior Program leadership, both internal and external, and provides high-level program status. Manages relationships with a wide range of groups and program stakeholders, both internally within NTT DATA (Data Migration Product Group, Data Migration Factory, etc.), and with the Customer organization, including third-party vendors involved in the SAP Migration Program. Works with the Data Migration Product Group, who provides technical and functional support to the data migration activities, i.e., Data Migration Template management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load). Identifies, logs, and tracks Program-level issues and risks, and supports their timely resolution. Manages escalations at the Program level and acts as an escalation point for any unresolved issues raised in the migration waves or projects. Manages program scope, identifying and escalating change requests to the PMO where needed.  Required Skills and Experience Extensive experience in Program Management for Data Migration and Data Conversion programs/projects. Must have proven track record of managing complex data migration programs from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, for large scale organizations, across multiple geographies & regions. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, Finance. Expertise in managing large data migration activities including the development of data migration processes and tool strategy. Experience on multiple master data domains and transaction data. Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations. Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Desirable Skills (nice to have) Prior experience working in the Life Sciences industry. Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW etc. Experience with AGILE methodology (AGILE SAFe methodology preferred). Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira. Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus.
