Once You Are Here, You Will:  Develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites. Evaluate and maintain existing manual and automated test cases & procedures. Perform load and stress tests using enterprise level test automation tools. Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports. Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture and detailed design documents. Act as key point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs. Manage and maintain physical, virtualized and simulated test environments. Identify and resolve issues that arise when integrating the application software with other software components. Assist in reviewing and determining amount of code coverage of unit tests. Basic Qualifications: 6 + years of experience using Selenium / Java or C# .net / Rest Assured test automation tools Knowledge in Ready API Pro and Ready API Performance with Groovy Scripting Understand SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices, API calls, JSON objects, Google PubSub, and microservice architecture using GKE Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications and services hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Analyze and understand business processes, identify automation needs, and provide automation solutions. Collaborate with development teams to validate API functionality, data integrity, and integration points within GCP environments. Perform end-to-end testing, integration testing, performance testing, and security testing to validate the functionality and scalability of GCP-based solutions. Identify and investigate root cause for issues using test APIs and Google Cloud logging in lower environments. Report bugs, issues, and potential improvements, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with product owners. Automate API testing processes to ensure continuous testing and integration. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium or other relevant automation frameworks Utilize Ready API Pro (SoapUI Pro) to create, maintain, and execute API functional test suites. Create, utilize, and maintain test/data files using a Git repository Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines within Microsoft Azure DevOps to enable automated testing and reporting. Install, modify, handle, and monitor CI/CD pipeline tools Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and testing requirements. Knowledge in performance testing Conduct performance testing to evaluate system scalability, response times, and resource utilization on GCP. Analyze and optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations for improvement. Conduct thorough queue testing to evaluate the scalability, message processing speed, and reliability of the messaging systems. Lifelong Learner.
