We are seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator with expertise in Azure Cloud to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Citrix environments while integrating with cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Citrix technologies, virtualization, and cloud computing, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise-level Citrix environments. How You’ll Help Us Connect The World: Citrix Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and administer Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix StoreFront, and Citrix Cloud solutions. Manage and optimize Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Workspace for seamless user experiences. Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues, including user connectivity, profile management, and application performance. Azure Cloud Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage Citrix workloads in Azure using Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix on Azure. Utilize Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure MFA for Citrix integration. Ensure scalability, redundancy, and failover mechanisms for Citrix environments in the cloud.  Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, and access controls for Citrix environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR) in Citrix and cloud environments. Perform regular patch management, updates, and vulnerability assessments. Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize Citrix infrastructure performance using Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, and Azure Monitor. Implement load balancing and high availability strategies for Citrix environments. Improve end-user experience by tuning Citrix policies, and application delivery, including profile management (FSLogix). Troubleshooting & Support: Provide L3 support for complex Citrix and Azure-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Cloud) to resolve issues. Maintain proper documentation, knowledge base, and training materials for users and support teams. Related Education & Experience:   Minimum 10 years of experience in Citrix Administration and Virtualization. Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Cloud, Citrix StoreFront, and Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS/MCS). Experience managing Citrix environments hosted on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), FSLogix, and Citrix on Azure. Hands-on experience in Azure administration (Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Security, IAM, Networking). Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policies, and PowerShell scripting. Experience in load balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning for Citrix. Familiarity with Citrix profile management (FSLogix), Intune, and hybrid cloud integrations. Expertise in troubleshooting Citrix and Azure-related performance, connectivity, and security issues.
