Job Title: VMware NSX Engineer Location: [Bangalore, Pune, Noida] Job Type: [Full-time] Position Overview: The candidate must have a strong background in network virtualization, security, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing VMware NSX – V and T environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our NSX solutions to enhance network performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage VMware NSX architecture, including logical switching, routing, and security policies. Collaborate with network and systems teams to integrate NSX with existing infrastructure and services. Configure and manage NSX features such as micro-segmentation, load balancing, and VPN. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize NSX deployments to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and maintain documentation for NSX architecture, configurations, and procedures. Implement security best practices and compliance measures within the NSX environment. Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users regarding NSX functionalities. Stay updated with VMware NSX product updates, trends, and best practices. Operate and troubleshoot VMware NSX deployments Proven experience with VMware NSX, including deployment and administration (minimum 5-7 years). Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, etc.). Familiarity with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and other VMware products. Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization (VCP-NV)) are preferred.
