Job Responsibilities: Strong experience working in ECAD Promis.e tool and experience handling Promis.e user support Admin activities: access management, manage sessions, performance, alert configurations, audit compliance, apply product updates Interface maintenance: connectivity, modifications, data verifications post loading, address printing issues Work on reports and data extracts Test and deploy applications and systems Work on incidents, enhancements and development Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Trained on VB/.NET framework, SQL Queries, Procedures / Functions, Powershell Scripts Trained on Mfg.
