Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITOM, with preferred experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and integration management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end ITOM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and develop ITOM (Discovery) solutions to meet client needs. Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and performance. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery) and related modules. Strong proficiency in building and managing integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs). In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with ITSM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Knowledge of Service Portal customization and development. Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
