As a User Experience Design Associate, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, data-driven experiences. You will work closely with product teams to design solutions that enhance the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of Data & Analytics products. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or designers with 2-4 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to complex data applications, AI-driven insights, and enterprise-grade analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities User-Centered Design: Translate business and user needs into intuitive workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for data-driven applications. Data Visualization & Interaction: Design clear, insightful, and accessible data visualizations to support decision-making. Research & Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate user interactions across dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics tools. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to refine and implement UX solutions. Accessibility & AI Standards: Ensure usability, accessibility, and AI-driven personalization are embedded throughout the design process. What We’re Looking For Foundational UX Skills: Familiarity with UX design principles, prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.), and usability testing. Data & Analytics Interest: Passion for designing interfaces that simplify complex datasets and enhance data-driven decision-making. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
