Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer Specialist   We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance user experiences by improving the usability, accessibility, and usefulness of our products. This role involves translating business requirements and user needs into impactful, user-centered design decisions that drive engagement and satisfaction across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features based on business requirements and user needs. Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes to ensure a harmonized experience across products. Lead projects, providing design insights and solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction. Experience & Skills: 6+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio. Expertise in standard UX software (e.g., Figma). Basic SAPUI5 knowledge is a plus. Experience using UX best practices, including conducting user research and testing. Strong communication skills to clearly present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders. Domain expertise in enterprise products is a plus. Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional projects are a plus.
