We are currently seeking a Metadata Migration and Testing Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Duties: Key Responsibilities: · Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope. · Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery. · Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months). · Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. · Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders. · Proactively manage risk and influence others. · Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted. · Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.                          Minimum Skills Required: · 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects. · 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 10+ years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects. · Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. · "Big 4" Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.
