Responsibilities- JD ➢ Work with sales team to manage sales pipeline and initiatives ➢ Sales MIS  ➢ Assist Sales team with various on-going projects ➢ Managing account deliverables & repository management ➢ Tracking the deliverables/milestones of ongoing project  ➢ Review & manaement of client & partner invoices ➢ Contract Set-up, execution & repository management ➢ PO creation, GRN in Procurement tools ➢ Supporting sales team in closing the deals with prospect customers ➢ Work co-operatively with Delivery Managers & finance team to ensure accurate project cost tracking ➢ Publishing the cost & revenue forecast tracker for on-going project ➢ Tracking the outstanding invoice payment with clients ➢ Support miscellaneous tasks of respective function ➢ Tracking the financial status of on-going projects ➢ Resolving the client/partner issues on timely basis along with accurate payment periods ➢ Active Participation in Weekly Practice Reviews ➢Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff ➢ Create project plan ➢ Track project milestone achievement with partner
