Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Power Platform tools, focusing on Co-Pilot Studio and Agents. * Support AI integration within Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports. * Technical development ownership of solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform * Understand customer requirements and developing the technical solution's to cater to customer needs * Stay up to date on the business&technical trends in Microsoft technologies * Experience with data integration using APIs and knowledge of custom connectors. * Deploy AI solutions , ensuring scalability and seamless integration with existing systems. * Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and tailor solutions to business needs. Skills and Qualification: * Overall, 8 + years of software engineering experience * Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. * Ability to design conversational flows. * At least 2 years of Power Automate, and Power Apps implementation experience * Knowledge of GenAI concepts * Knowledge of multiple relational databases, REST APIs , Microsoft Graph APIs * Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control, and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub). * Fast leaner and ability to quickly adopt to new technologies * Good communication and presentation skills * Demonstrate developed solutions to internal stakeholders and customers. * Strong automation-first mindset: You naturally identify inefficiencies and seek opportunities to drive value through intelligent automation. * Expertise in any of the programming language such as Python / Java / DotNet, preferably Python Nice to have : * knowledge in Azure AI/ML services including Azure ML and other Azure Cognitive Services * Knowledge of UIPath or other Automation frameworks **Who we are:** At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
