Design and deliver performance and scalability tests for stakeholders Do a detailed RCA and identify the bottle neck for any performance issue – at the code level wherever possible Very good experience in building reports/summaries with clear detailing of performance challenges and next steps Identify different ways to simplify the over performance test process and automate them Work closely with other internal teams, such as product management, development, and end-users to ensure product success. Customer first attitude – ready to work on mitigating any customer/stakeholder issues 3 – 7 years of prior experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Handson experience in performance and scalability tests.
